Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. We will contact you to confirm the date, time and price before any inspection takes place. We do not carry out inspections on Sundays.
Pricing
Prices published on this site are our standard rates and may change. The price confirmed with you before the inspection is the price that applies. Add-ons for property age, crawlspaces, suites and travel are listed on the services page.
Scope of an inspection
A home inspection is a visual, non-invasive assessment of the readily accessible parts of a property at the time of the inspection. It is not a warranty or guarantee against future problems, and it does not cover concealed or inaccessible components. Our report describes what was observed and recommends next steps; decisions about a property remain yours.
Reports
Reports are prepared for the client who commissioned them and are typically delivered within a few days of the inspection. Sample reports offered on this site are examples only and do not describe any specific property.
