What we collect
When you submit the inspection booking form we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, the property address and city, your preferred date and time, your realtor's contact details if you supply them, and any comments. When you download a sample report we collect the email address you enter.
How we use it
We use these details only to respond to your request, schedule and carry out the inspection, and send you the resulting report. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties except where needed to deliver the service you asked for.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how people find and use this site. These set cookies only after you accept them in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline, no analytics or advertising cookies are stored, and the site works exactly the same. You can change your choice any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.
How long we keep it
Inspection enquiries and reports are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our professional and legal obligations as a licensed inspection business in British Columbia.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us and we will respond as quickly as we can.
